Shipping & returns
We pack each order in recyclable protective materials and aim to dispatch within two business days. The checkout page shows the countries and shipping rate currently enabled for this store.
Delivery
Tracking details are added to your order when the parcel leaves our studio. Delivery timing depends on destination and the carrier. Contact support@jadeoracle.com if tracking has not moved for five business days.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned with their pouch and intention card. Natural variation, sizing questions and return postage are reviewed by our support team before a refund is issued.
Start a return
Email your order number and the reason for the return to support@jadeoracle.com. We will reply with the next steps and a return address. Refunds go back to the original payment method after inspection.
